Probiotic support is important to ensure the urinary microbiota is healthy. Specific probiotic strains (L. rhamnosus, L. Reuteri) have been proven to effectively colonise the urinary and genital tract.

Metagenics Ultraflora Women's is a 50:50 blend of L. rhamnosus and L. Reuteri to help maintain a healthy vaginal microflora. This product will increase the number of beneficial bacteria while decreasing yeast and pathogenic bacteria. It also lowers the risk of bacterial and yeast vaginitis.
