This product is helpful for PCOS and I've noticed a difference in my appetite and cravings. So from that I can assume it's helping to regulate my blood sugar better. The one star removed is because it doesn't taste very good. Its not terrible but it's not a juice, I feel like making it flavoured is kind of pointless. I also experienced some dizziness and nausea about halfway through the month. The service and delivery was excellent, thanks ND!
